Art in Paddington Class

This term we have been looking at famous sea scape paintings and the different techniques used to paint sky and sea.  The children have been mixing powder paint to make different shades of blue and experimenting with brushes and sponges to create stormy and clam sea paintings.  Today we added or final touches to the paintings by adding a silhouette of a boat as a focal point.  I think you will agree that the children have done a brilliant job, here are some of the paintings, I am very proud of you all, well done!
