Year 5 – What a Great Afternoon!

We had a fantastic Thursday afternoon this week. First we learnt about the dissolution of Ancient Greece. We were given cards with reasons as to why the Greek Empire fell and we diamond ranked them in order of importance. Then we practised our dance as a year group ready for the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations. The adults were very impressed with us! Our afternoon ended with an ice lolly treat from year 6 to say thank you for giving up our classrooms for their SATs tests.
