Great first week back in Mozart!
What a fantastic start in Mozart class this week! The children have all settled in really well and have been very keen to get straight back to learning.
We have started lots of exciting topics this week, from the Vikings in history to real-life drawing in art. The children have especially enjoyed the practical activities within our maths lessons, where we have been recapping place value and partitioning. In english, we have already learnt our story map for the character change story ‘Mr Big’ (for which the children loved coming up with actions!) and in PE we did some relay challenges to practise our footwork skills. What a fun-filled, busy week!
The children’s key skills books have gone home with them today, and these will need to be returned by Wednesday morning each week to be marked. The children have all been reminded of their logins for TTRS – please ensure they are practising at home as often as possible.
Have a lovely weekend!
