Year 3 Dahl – E-Safety Lesson

Today, we had a session on the importance of E-Safety. We discussed the importance of being safe and kind on the online world and the importance of reporting any unkind behaviour to a trusted adult. It was brilliant to see and hear the mature, sensible thoughts shared within our lesson on the importance of being kind both in person and online. We listened to a story about ‘Spikey the Spider’ and identified examples of Spikey the Spider’s unkind behaviour online. We thought carefully about how this might make others feel and recognised that how people behave online is just as important as how people behave to one another in person.
