Romeo and Juliet in Reception

What a wonderful few days we have had in Reception learning about Romeo and Juliet. We have taken part in lots of drama!

We have learned how the Montagues and Capulets were feuding families (one of the photos shows some drama with two ‘feuding’ characters). We also learned that Romeo and Juliet fell in love and in the end the two families became friends (another photo shows some drama with two characters who now like each other).

There was lots of wonderful language of Shakespeare and some great ideas for future writing.
