SU Chocolate Experience

Wiggins and Robinson class have had an amazing experience today creating their own chocolate lollipops. We were very fortunate to have Linny Lane visit our school and show us how to become chocolatiers! We listened carefully to learn about the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made. The children were amazed at the taste of the beans before adding sugar and after adding sugar.

The children thoroughly enjoyed using templates and transfers to carefully create their lollipops and of course enjoyed decorating with sprinkles and treats.

It was wonderful to then be part of the packaging process and feel like real life chocolatiers.
