Rowling- 3D Shapes

We have had a great week learning about shapes and their properties this week.

Today, we consolidated our learning by making 3d shapes using different resources! We had so much fun and the children’s shapes were amazing.

As we were making them, we spoke about their edges, faces and vertices and the children were able to name all of their shapes and properties confidently. The children were also able to describe the differences between shapes using the correct mathematical vocabulary.
