Geography – How is India different to Northampton?

This week we summarised all our learning about India and the village Chembakolli.  The children recalled many facts to create posters to share their knowledge.  They were also given the opportunity to try on  a Curta or a Curti.  We learnt that children in India where a loose shirt for school and the ones that girls usually wear are called Curtis and for boys they are Curtas.  The children had lots of fun trying them on!
