Matilda- Shoe art, School Disco and Indian Clothing

It’s been a busy penultimate week in Matilda class with the children working hard to write their recounts of our trip to Woburn Safari Park. The children have written in great detail and remember lots, I am very impressed.

In geography we have been looking at the Indian village of Chembakolli. We have been studying the differences between the lives and cultures of the people of Northampton and those of Chembakolli. This week the children had great fun dressing up in Indian clothing.

I know all of the children had a great time at the school disco, they looked so snazzy all dressed up!

Today we had our art showcase where we displayed all of the children’s wonderful shoe art. Im sure all of those that came to view the artwork were as impressed as I was!
Have a fantastic weekend!
