Matilda: RE

This term, in our RE lessons we have been thinking lots about Christmas and gifts. We found out that Jesus is a precious gift for Christians. We spoke about how sometimes the most precious gift is not a huge, fancy, expensive gift but things that either don’t cost a lot or nothing at all.. like our time, smiles or kindness. Here are some of their thoughts…

“We could ring someone who is feeling a bit lonely. That would make them really happy.”

“I could help my Mummy at home like with the cleaning.”

“Write letters to Nanny and Grandad.”

“We could smile at people on the playground so they have a friend.”

“I’m going to make my mum a card saying I love her.”
