Robinson Class

I am an extremely proud teacher. This week Robinson class have been completing the school’s invention unit based around poetry. The class were given a bird to focus on and had to write a poem and create a high art outcome to accompany their poem.

Our class bird was a Wren. The children watched videos to study how the wren moves, what it looks like and what it does day to day. The children they created word banks using adjectives, nouns, verbs and adverbs to form their poem.

All of the children worked incredibly hard and came up with phenomenal words to describe the Wren. They used pencil dictionary skills we had refined last term to create their art outcome and as you can see from the pictures it looks amazing.

Well done Robinson class.
