Romeo and Juliet

Welcome back Year 6!

We began our Romeo and Juliet unit in English today, exploring the feud between the Capulets and Montagues. The children learnt about the Quarrel which led to the Prince of Verona threatening both families with punishment, exploring the vocabulary and how the Quarrel started. The children completed a number of drama conventions including acting out the Quarrel scene.
