What a fantastic first week back Year 2!

Well done Year 2 for a brilliant first week back. We have started the new term, focusing on the story of Romeo and Juliet and did lots of drama this week. The children loved getting into different character roles and acting out a range of scenes from the play.

We also created fruit kebabs as part of our DT Unit, which focuses on preparing fruit and vegetables. The children had so much fun designing their fruit kebab, tasting a variety of fruits and then making their own. We then ate the kebabs as a class and the children said they were delicious!Well done Year 2!
