Great first week back in Mozart!

We had such a lovely first week back last week in Mozart class! The children settled in after Christmas really well, and it was lovely to hear about all the amazing things they did over the holidays as well as things they are looking forward to this term.

We were all very excited to do some drama, as we started our annual Shakespeare unit based on Romeo and Juliet! We started looking at the themes of the story, and the characters, and the children were asked to produce some freeze frames to help us understand the story better.

We are now looking forward to getting started on our presentation pieces over the next few weeks!

Throughout the week, we also started our new topics within our wider curriculum, and the children learnt all about sharing information online in our e-safety lesson, as well as how to create and edit an audio recording in our Computing lesson on Thursday!

The children created some brilliant podcasts based on various topics, and were excited to listen back to and edit their recordings.
