Year 5 – Einstein

We have had such an exciting week in Einstein class!

On Wednesday, Heidi from Felt Making in Schools visited us to help us create some felt banners. We based all of our designs on William Shakespeare and the play Romeo and Juliet. There was a lot of different skills we learnt such as layering the felt, twisting it to shape it, rubbing soap into it to help bind the fibres and rolling it to flatten it out. They look absolutely amazing!
